Yvon Chouinard began small, making
pitons for $1.50 a piece. Today, his venerable outdoor
company Patagonia is a powerhouse among technical (and
casual) clothing fans who need garments that can take
the rigors of sweat, sun, snags, rock, rains, ice, picks,
and a comfy, snuggly couch by the fire. The company is
constantly improving its Capilene® and Regulator® line
of layers and insulation to address the demands of folks
who live to play.
New for spring and summer 2007 is a line of footwear that we're super excited
about. Made from eco-friendly materials - from the hemp and leather down to the
latex - these shoes are all about easy living. Sneakers, flip-flops, light hikers
- we're carrying a bit of each type to keep you in hip style all summer long.
Don't forget about the updated Capilene® and Wool line of layers. Great weights for spring and summer and every activity under the sun.
