outside the United States. No exceptions.
Oversized or Overweight: The
above rates may be adjusted for oversized or overweight
packages. If you are not sure if your package will be over weight or excess
in size please feel free to give us a call at 800-847-0244 and we will
calculate your shipping cost for you.
Canadian
customers: Duties and taxes may be
assessed by local officials. The Alpineer is not
responsible for any additional duties or taxes nor
can we calculate them or provide rough estimates.
When applicable, these charges will be billed to
you separately. Please contact your customs office
for information on duties, taxes, and restricted

| RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
We gladly exchange an item or
accept returns on items in their original packaging and in new condition for refund or exchange.
Be sure to use our Return
Form for quicker turnaround.
Non-sale items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your order. Sale
items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you'd like to exchange an item, follow one of these easy procedures:
1. Print out our Return
Form and fill it out.
2.
Return the item with your original
invoice (or copy of invoice), indicating which item
you'd like to get instead. Please include style number
along with all the appropriate color/size/other info
that will help us get the right item. We suggest you return the item via
trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and
insured. Until it's in our door, The Alpineer is
not responsible for it.
3.
We will credit
your bankcard when we receive the old item.
4. We will charge your bankcard when we ship out
the new item.
5.
If we do not have the new, desired item in
stock, we will credit your bankcard.
If you're having trouble or have questions, call
us at 800.847.0244 and arrange the exchange over
the phone with a customer service rep.
Any items received that do not follow the above instructions may not
receive a full refund.

We do special orders. We can special-order pretty much most items from most manufacturers that we represent. However, special orders depend on whether or not it's in the manufacturer's inventory. Special orders can take time and can be beyond our control as to when it arrives on your doorstep. It helps if you're sure you want the item.
International Orders:
We can no longer accept orders from outside the US and Canada.
