PolarguardŽ is a synthetic insulation made from a continuous filament of fiber. This gives it more strength and durability than traditional cut staple. Since it can be manipulated and crafted in numerous ways, PolarguardŽ can offer different levels of insulation to address a variety of environmental conditions and price points. Benefits include exceptional warmth, water-resistancy, compressibility, easy care (can be machine-washed; follow instructions carefully, though), and usually a smaller price tag than comparable down products.

PolarguardŽ Delta
PG Delta cross-section Continuous filament polyester insulation, that's also the newest in the Polarguard family. Super void hollow construction, which creates more loft with less weight, making it warmer and lighter. Provides more insulation per unit weight than cut staple insulation.

PolarguardŽ 3D
PG Delta cross-section High void triangular cross section of continuous filament polyester with a fine denier, which makes is soft, warm, and compressible. 12% warmer than cut staple, and 28% warmer than wet down.

Polarguard® HV
High void triangular cross section of continuous filament polyester. Slightly less fine than Polarguard® 3D. Offers higher thermal efficiency than premium cut staple. Loses much less insulating value when wet than down insulation.
